To cook;
1. Simply place your sealed CFN pack in a saucepan filled with room temperature water (cover the bag). When bag starts to simmer, (before it boils), use tongs to remove the bag and check for desired tenderness and doneness. (3-5 minutes; Poke the meats to determine doneness. Fish should flake; meats should be opaque, not pink or translucent.) May take 3-5 minutes or longer until fully cooked, especially Italian Meatballs.
2. Remove package from pot with tongs.
3. Cut top of pack with scissors, and carefully empty HOT contents onto plate… and enjoy!

To cook in a microwave;

1. Simply lay your sealed CFN pack flat on a paper or microwave safe plate.

2. With sharp scissors or blade, carefully cut two 1/2” slits in the middle of top of the package to vent steam, but retain juices.

3. Heat for 1-1/2 minutes on medium to high (depending on the strength of your microwave), adding 30 second increments until food is fully cooked. For maximum flavor, do not overcook. Allow package to sit for 10-30 seconds, or until steam dissipates.

4. Cut package open. Carefully empty contents onto plate… and enjoy!
